Each session at Skylight Studio is catered to your individual needs. We start each session with a consultation where every detail is planned and prepared for. I'm here to help every step of the way to answer any questions you may have and make sure there are no surprises when it comes to quality or price of the session and the products. When the session day arrives you will feel ready and confident, there will be no rush or stress over time limits or number of shutter clicks. My job is to create one of kind wall art that perfectly fits your family.
After the shoot day is over, then comes the fun part, seeing the art work I have hand crafted for you! The photos are shown in an ordering appointment at the studio. You will also have a chance to look over samples, customize wall art, and ultimately place your order. Your custom products usually arrive in the studio 2-3 weeks after your ordering appointment. Everything I do is to ensure that this process seamlessly fits the lifestyle of you and your family and help you to be more successful in the other thing your family does.
In fact, the success of your family is so important to me, it resonates in my work. The way I prepare, the products I offer, and the photographs I create lead up to that moment the family portrait is hung on the wall. That portrait is not just for those who visit your home to see, but is created especially for the little eyes that live in your home. It's for the moment your child looks at that photo and realizes that this is where they belong, where they are loved, where they are free to make mistakes, to learn, and to grow. And when that little one is grown and gone, it is for them to know that even though they are far, they are remembered. It's for the moment that Mom, exhausted and on her last nerve, looks and realizes why she exerts all her energy daily. It's for the quiet early hours of the morning when Dad looks and knows why he leaves his home to the daily struggle of providing for that family.
These important moments are why I do what I do. When my work and creativity become a beautiful reminder to a family that they belong, are loved, and to keep trying and working, it is then that my job is complete.
